MIREL Investment is an advisory and investment boutique focusing primarily on the real estate sector. Its advisory arm is mainly working with real estate developers and managers across Europe by providing smart capital financing solutions for real estate projects across all asset classes. The second arm of the organisation invests in small residential developments in Vienna and currently has over 2,500m2 under development. In addition to its real estate investments, MIREL holds various small stakes in start-ups/tech companies with promising technologies. The management has a decade of financing and advisory experience with the CEO having worked for leading investment banks.
